Life Lessons – The key of Positive Perception

For several years I went through tough times i became driven to find out the things were happening if you ask me.


This became one of my life’s greatest challenges. I became so stuck inside a victim mindset of why me, that I almost missed out on Life Hacks and tests that were being presented before me. Little did I realize, that I what food was in preparation for my advancement. During those times it felt like I became residing in hell. The perception I’d of my experience then has not been great, I became focused from the negative, packed with fear and searching for somebody or something like that responsible and assume responsibility.

Eventually I stumbled upon that I has not been the only person under-going tough times, there where many others under-going tough experiences too. Though their experiences were a lttle bit different to mine, they were still being challenged for the core, this provided comfort knowing that the cruel journey has not been simply for me. For that reason understanding I started to present myself permission to recover from the victim mindset which in fact had me inside a mental prison for quite some time. The thing is all of us have to endure some tough times at different periods of our lives and nobody can tell why we should instead have these experiences. This then makes us make a list of what we can do over it? Most of the people get stuck here, for this reason question. You know yourself that you don’t can deal which basically is a recipe for mental bondage that leads to the victim mindset.

That which you decide on here will define the way you will follow. Lets take one example. Perhaps you have felt as you were a target from a circumstance? What will happen that mindset is a spiralling into negative emotions you may learn to feel helpless, hopelessness and pretty quickly you’re down from the dumps? This really is present with many people, we now have areas were we are adamant that it’s beyond our understanding, so it’s easier for people to make the assumption that it’s somebody’s fault, then when you commence to believe such as this celebrate you lose your power over what is going on. When you are in that mind-set or belief it is rather difficult to come out of it, you’ll need something much more powerful than that mind-set so that you can be free.

Now most are asleep, in order that they should awaken using their slumber. When you are awaken something changes, you then become aware of how you have been playing small , are becoming a target. Once you are aware of this you open a door on your perception to improve. The journey to be positive starts here this also experience is exactly what I call a shift into a new way of thinking. This transitioning time of transformation is often slow but definitely worth the wait.

Everybody knows that transitioning is usually a challenging time as you are working on releasing the previous so your new can emerge. The majority of us find change very difficult to handle as obviously we often fight against any change, because we would rather sit and dwell in what we are acquainted with that’s otherwise referred to as the comfortable zone. Within the comfortable zone many people we dwell there for days on end periods, what we don’t realise is always that change will probably happen anyway whether we accept it or fight it. So it is usually fine using the flow as an alternative to resisting and fighting. So that you can accept the progres and become in flow with it you must have a confident thought of the circumstances that you’re going through.

Probably the most challenging question that many people ask is how to look for the positive? Generally we are creatures of habit we find just changing another thing from our usual pattern rather painful yet it’s consistence, endurance, persistence, perseverance and patience that usually brings ideal results.
