This innocuous book found my attention in 2005 possesses passed through my hands many times since. I needed no inclination to peruse its contents for I had ceased to trust in miracles. In 2005, I used to be cursing God for abandoning me. I had been using my energy to push away the hell I descended into 20 years earlier by marrying a male as un-Godly anyone could be.
In 2007, while packing some books as donations for a book fair, my hand once more fell on “A Course in Miracles”. By now, I had created secured a divorce from my better half but used to be working with the fallout. When i grasped the book, I became very thoughtful and calm. The thing that was it concerning this book that invoked feelings I hadn’t experienced with some time? My hand clung on the book refusing to set it down. Realizing that this is an indication i ought to take particular notice, I made a ballewick and sat within my favorite reading chair. With great curiosity, I focused on nowhere hardcover and read “A Course in Miracles, a basis for inner peace.” Wow. That’s a fairly bold statement but okay, I made a decision to bite.
