Ramadan the Holy Month of Islam

Ramadan falls on ninth month of Islamic lunar calender. In this blessed month Muslims round the word abstain from food, drink, along with other physical needs inside the daylight. Muslims believe it’s once again time to purify the soul, focus attention on God and practice self-sacrifice.

Ramadan it’s time to cleanse up the body and soul all impurities and re-focus on self and God. During Ramadan every aspect from the body should be restrained to realize the purity. The tongue needs to be restrained from unwanted gossip and backbiting. Eyes must not examine unlawful things and hand mustn’t touch or take whatever will not fit in with it. Ears must not hear idle talk and obscene words. So, every part from the body observes the Sawm to attain purity.

Fasting is suggested on every Muslim and starts everyday in Ramadan 2018 on the break of dawn and ends at sunset. The next exemptions are allowed as Allah does not want to place you to difficulties :

1.the insane;
2.Small children that aren’t adolescent;
3.older people and chronically ill to whom fasting doesn’t seem possible;
4.pregnant women can postpone the fasting at another time;
5.travelers can also defer their fasting.
6.fasting can be forbidden for females over menstruation and should consist later.

Suggestions to make Ramadan a unique one :

1. Keep in contact at least one time per week with the family, friends or with the family members and share three Ramadan-related things you’ve done within the last 10 days of Ramadan. Also don’t forget to send Ramadan e-cards to any or all your pals and loved ones.
2. Help your family members or friends if they are facing any problem in their life, keep an open heart to others. Don’t miss any small opportunities for gaining blessings.

3. Decorate your home with Ramadan balloons, banners and streamers and increase the environment.
4. Choose at least five goals to pursue this Ramadan. Attempt to curbing all of your bad habit and commence something good , doing this will allow you to change for that better.
