Create Art that creates a Difference

“The creative arts include the measure and reflection of our civilization. They feature many children a way to see life having a larger perspective…The moral values we treasure are reflected from the beauty and truth that is emotionally transmitted over the arts. The arts say something about us to future generations.”
-Ann P. Kahn, Former President from the National PTA

Indifference. It does not take biggest problem we face as human beings. For several years, we’re told to ‘express yourself.’ Embracing our individuality, embracing our flaws, expressing truley what we truly feel, being ourselves with no pretension – it’s nothing but good. But have we taken it too much, to the level that we’re too centered on ourselves as individuals who we now have forgotten to care?
It was supposed to be a moving discussion about art, but I feel as opposed to focusing on art just as one expression of one’s individuality, I should give attention to how art can be a tool in order to connect people to people. How artists can express themselves having a purpose.
The greater use of data we now have, the harder method of link to others – the harder we become disconnected. But if you think about it, human beings still bond through appreciation of performance arts, visual arts and art in its newer forms.
You’ll find communities of people who understand the same film, Broadway musical, pop artists and the like. I do think making use of this is sometimes a great means to fix the indifference and apathy the public tends to feel towards others.
Empowering Artists
Inside a world that allows you infinite channels of trying, we feel more and more lonely. I think art can be a solution http://www.drawing-pencil-sketches.com/. Art just as one expression can be a moving force, as being a thought and emotion provoking tool. It won’t show what to do, nonetheless it can move us to think, some thing and interact
You might claim that art can be a more of a guilty pleasure nowadays. It can be. Nonetheless it can even be more options than that as it can certainly stimulate intellectual discussion. Once you learn the classic artwork of Elizabeth Sirani entitled ‘Portia wounding her thigh,’ you can even have often heard in regards to the debate it sparked one of the art and intellectual communities during those times. Inside the painting, a beautiful woman is depicted holding a knife having a bloody wound on her behalf thigh – thought provoking, interpreted differently, heatedly discussed as being a woman doing such a man can, accepting the same amount of pain and the like.
Although art can be an intense method of expressing individuality, it isn’t entirely tied to that. Art can often be defined as any creative work of a individual and that creative work can be a response or reaction to something beautiful or even an idea, an incident that is personal or else.
It seems like impossible that will put art inside a box and define it, right. Doesn’t this ambiguity allow us define it ourselves and provide it purpose?
Since art in its modern form moved beyond paintings, sculptures or architecture into posters, popular culture, photography, computer-generated graphic arts, film, music, theater and the like – they have indeed diversified. With marketing thrown in the mix, artists create art that is targeting a particular audience or perhaps is made up of a reason also it can become more than just possessing that artwork.
Art which makes a Difference
Popular culture isn’t as widely known as art though it may be an imaginative expression. By definition, Tv programs, movies, songs, comics, manga, web series and the like are art. Pop culture is exactly what art aimed to get, a means of life. The strength of pop art is not underestimated and it is continued emergence and evolution insistently break all walls of conformity of high-brow art.
Whenever we take what is defined as the art and provide it purpose, empower artists to generate art that could inspire audiences to get more compassionate and also emphasize the urgency of issues like war along with the global warming – wouldn’t that be social relevance at its finest?
Yes, not everyone can be artists, but all of us can appreciate that people can relate to, right? This is one good reason why artists should take benefit from their platform to generate art that we touch and persuade people everywhere. Isn’t this transformative experience what art is perfect for?
