For several years I underwent challenging times i became driven to determine these particular things were happening if you ask me.

This became certainly one of my life’s greatest challenges. I was so stuck in a victim mindset of why me, that we almost missed out on Life Hacks and tests that were being presented before me. Little did I realize, that we was in preparation in my advancement. In those days it felt like I was residing in hell. The perception I had created of my experience then wasn’t great, I was more focused inside the negative, full of fear and searching for somebody or something like that at fault and assume responsibility.

Then I came across that we wasn’t the only person experiencing challenging times, there where lots of others experiencing tough experiences too. Despite the fact that their experiences were a lttle bit dissimilar to mine, these were still being challenged for the core, and this set it up comfort realizing that the hard journey wasn’t simply for me. For that reason understanding I started to present myself permission to come out of the victim mindset which in fact had me in a mental prison for many years. The thing is that all people have to endure some challenging times at different periods in our lives and nobody really knows why we have to have these experiences. This then makes us ask ourselves what we should can do regarding it? Many people find yourself in trouble here, due to this question. You know yourself that you don’t get sound advice which basically can be a recipe for mental bondage that then leads to the victim mindset.

Everything you decide on here will define the way you will follow. Lets take one example. Have you felt as if you were a sufferer of any circumstance? Below that mindset can be a spiralling into negative emotions you will will feel helpless, hopelessness and pretty quickly you happen to be down inside the dumps? This really is usual to many people, we’ve areas were were adamant that it’s beyond our understanding, so it is easier for individuals to really make the assumption that it’s somebody’s fault, then when you commence to consider such as this it can make you lose your power over what’s happening. When you are for the reason that frame of mind or belief it is rather difficult to emerge from it, you will require something considerably more powerful than that frame of mind that you should be free.

Now most are asleep, so that they should get up from their slumber. When you find yourself get up something changes, you then become mindful of the way you are already playing smaller than average are becoming a sufferer. When you are mindful of this you open a door for the perception to improve. Your way to be positive starts here and this experience is the thing that I call a shift right into a new state of mind. This transitioning period of transformation is usually slow but really worth the wait.

Everyone knows that transitioning generally is a challenging time as you are focusing on letting go of that old so that the new can placed in. Many of us find change tough to deal with as naturally we often fight any change, because we choose to sit and live in what were informed about that’s otherwise known as the rut. Inside the rut many people we dwell there for days periods, what we should don’t realise is the fact that change will almost certainly happen anyway whether we accept it or fight it. So it’s usually good to go with all the flow as an alternative to resisting and fighting. That you can accept the change and stay in flow by using it you might want an optimistic thought of instances that you are going through.

Probably the most challenging question that many people ask you are able to stay positive? Generally were creatures of habit we find just changing one thing out of our usual pattern rather painful but it is consistence, endurance, persistence, perseverance and patience that usually brings greatest results.
