Yoga is taught alone, Amber. I will direct you through comfortable poses, breathing exercises, correcting your system alignment, chanting through the heart, chakra cleansing & meditation.
With experience as being a massage & yoga therapist and achieving the pleasure teaching classes at studios and retreat centres around the globe, connecting with folks all different backgrounds and avenues of life.
I used to be honoured to become qualified yoga instructor underneath the tutelage of Padma Nair “Padma Karma” a licensed yoga school in India.
I could guide all levels whether you’re not used to yoga or higher advanced and seeking to bolster and boost your regular practice.

My partner Ivan will teach Qigong Meditation classes. Qigong is called the Chinese form of yoga and uses slow graceful meditative movements to aid cultivate your Qi connecting with our universal elements. Ivan has a good amount of experience teaching at yoga retreats & abroad and is currently completing his training together with the Shiatsu College inside london under the tutelage of Annie Cryer & Cathryn Burnnet.

Within your stick with us you will be served delicious nutritious vegetarian meals, fresh juices and smoothies.
As well as the daily Yoga and Qigong classes we offer raw food nutrition workshops to learn how to prepare easy and tasty recipes.

You will probably get the chance to participate in reiki healing and a various massage treatments.
